TAURUS safety work shoes are robust and comfortable safety work shoes designed for demanding work environments and long-term use. The protection class S7S HI CI FO SRprovides a high level of protection, while the combination of a waterproof and breathable Sympatex membrane, lightweight protective materials and an advanced MSI sole ensures comfort even in harsher weather and working conditions.
The shoes feature an ultralight non-metallic fibreglass safety toecap, which provides impact protection up to 200 J, and a Kevlar puncture-resistant insert, resistant to puncture up to 1100 N. The upper, made of NubaPro RP WPA 2.0 (PU/PA) is lightweight, robust, breathable and resistant to abrasion and flexing.
Features:
One of the key advantages of the TAURUS model is the Sympatex membrane, which combines waterproofness and breathability. Its hydrophilic, non-porous structure prevents water and wind from getting in while moving water vapour out of the shoe. The membrane is also recyclable and free of PTFE/PFAS, so it provides protection and comfort in changeable weather.
The membrane is complemented by the Aerpluss TechTex lining, which is also designed for waterproof, breathable protection and effective moisture management inside the footwear.
TAURUS uses a fibreglass safety toecap, which is ultralight, non-metallic and thermally and electrically insulating. It provides impact protection up to 200 J.
Puncture protection is provided by the Kevlar puncture-resistant insert, which is also non-metallic and resistant to puncture up to 1100 N. The combination of the two materials delivers a high level of protection without any metal protective elements.
The TAURUS model is equipped with Multi-Section Injection (MSI) technology. This is a direct injection process in which the sole is made as a single, fully bonded unit with zones of different softness.
MSI can combine up to three levels of softness, which improves stability, supports the arch of the foot and increases walking comfort and flexibility.
The perforated sole further contributes to shock absorption, better distribution of pressure and weight, and reduced strain and fatigue when walking.
Additional comfort is provided by the Clima Cork System (CCS) technology, in which a natural insulating layer of cork is placed between the outsole and the insole.
Cork helps regulate the temperature inside the shoe – in cold weather it provides more warmth, while in warmer weather it helps keep the temperature more pleasant. Over time it adapts to the shape of the foot and helps distribute pressure more evenly and reduce fatigue.
Titan ESD Spodos is an anatomically shaped insole with ESD properties. It is made with a textile base, PU foam and activated carbon for antistatic performance. It also provides shock absorption and breathability, which contributes to comfort even when worn all day.

If a product can be ordered despite being currently unavailable, you can also order it when it is not in stock in our warehouse. In that case the delivery time is usually longer. We will inform you of the expected delivery time by email if needed.
If the option to order is not available on the website, you can write to us at prodaja@utg-vodnik.si and we will check whether we can additionally order the product, size or colour you want.
When choosing a size, we recommend checking the size chart or the additional information given for each product, as sizes can differ between manufacturers.
We normally dispatch orders within 1–3 working days if all the ordered products are in stock. For orders paid by bank transfer, we dispatch the order within 1–3 working days of receiving payment.
For products that are currently out of stock, the delivery time may be longer. In that case we will inform you of the expected delivery time.
The payment methods available are those shown at checkout in the online shop. For business customers, payment by bank transfer (proforma invoice) may also be available by arrangement.
Let us know about the return using the returns, exchanges and complaints form or any clear statement sent to info@utg-vodnik.si or by post; using the form is optional. Then send the goods to UTG Vodnik d.o.o., Tolstojeva ulica 12, 1230 Domžale, Slovenia, or return them in person by arrangement. Original packaging and the invoice are not a condition for a return, but we recommend quoting your order number. You can find more information on the Returns and exchanges page.
Wash at a lower temperature than the label allows if the garment is not heavily soiled; close the zips and wash the garment inside out; do not use bleach-containing detergents for dark clothing. The meaning of the symbols is explained on the Textile care labels page.
