# How to best protect your head and eyes in one go

We often hear from workers that they do not like wearing safety glasses at work for various reasons. Whether it is because the glasses are uncomfortable, fog up, or do not fit over their prescription glasses. By not wearing the required protective equipment and ignoring safety regulations, we not only risk a penalty from the inspectorate but, more importantly, we risk our own safety and, indirectly, the safety of others around us.

To make head and eye protection in the workplace even easier, MSA has developed a helmet model that also includes eye protection.
