## FAQ

### What can I do if the size or colour I want is out of stock?

If a product can be ordered despite being currently unavailable, you can also order it when it is not in stock in our warehouse. In that case the delivery time is usually longer. We will inform you of the expected delivery time by email if needed.

If the option to order is not available on the website, you can write to us at [prodaja@utg-vodnik.si](mailto:prodaja@utg-vodnik.si) and we will check whether we can additionally order the product, size or colour you want.

### How do I choose the right size of workwear?

When choosing a size, we recommend checking the size chart or the additional information given for each product, as sizes can differ between manufacturers.

### Do you offer tailoring services and repairs of workwear?

Yes. We offer tailoring repairs and alterations of workwear, such as shortening trousers, repairing seams, replacing zips and other repairs that extend the life of the garments. If you are not sure whether a particular repair is possible, send us a photo of the item and we will be happy to check the options.

### Can you make a made-to-measure garment?

Yes. Since we develop and manufacture our own workwear, we can also make made-to-measure garments. We tailor production to your needs, intended use and the features you want in the garment.

### When will my order be dispatched?

We normally dispatch orders within 1–3 working days if all the ordered products are in stock. For orders paid by bank transfer, we dispatch the order within 1–3 working days of receiving payment.

For products that are currently out of stock, the delivery time may be longer. In that case we will inform you of the expected delivery time.

### Which payment methods do you accept?

The payment methods available are those shown at checkout in the online shop. For business customers, payment by bank transfer (proforma invoice) may also be available by arrangement.

### How can I make a complaint?

If you believe a product is defective or does not match your order or the expected characteristics, please let us know as soon as possible.

You can make a complaint by filling in the form for returns, exchanges and complaints and sending it to us at [prodaja@utg-vodnik.si](mailto:prodaja@utg-vodnik.si).

In your message, state your order or invoice number, describe the problem and, if possible, attach photos of the product in which the defect is clearly visible.

After receiving your complaint, we will review the circumstances and inform you of the next steps. Depending on the type and validity of the complaint, we will work together to find a suitable solution in accordance with applicable law.

### Can I return a product that was made or adapted to measure?

Products made to your exact instructions or adapted to your personal requirements generally cannot be returned by withdrawing from the contract, unless the product has a material defect or otherwise does not conform to what was agreed.

### How can I return a product?

Let us know about the return using the returns, exchanges and complaints form or any clear statement sent to [info@utg-vodnik.si](mailto:info@utg-vodnik.si) or by post; using the form is optional. Then send the goods to UTG Vodnik d.o.o., Tolstojeva ulica 12, 1230 Domžale, Slovenia, or return them in person by arrangement. Original packaging and the invoice are not a condition for a return, but we recommend quoting your order number. You can find more information on the [Returns and exchanges](https://www.utg-vodnik.si/en/returns-and-exchanges) page.

### What does the EN ISO 20471 standard mean?

This is the standard for high-visibility clothing — it is explained in the article [What does the EN ISO 20471 standard mean for high-visibility clothing?](https://www.utg-vodnik.si/novice/what-does-the-en-iso-20471-standard-mean-for-high-visibility-clothing?lang=en). You can find all high-visibility clothing [here](https://www.utg-vodnik.si/kategorija/13554?filters=104&lang=en).

### How do I wash workwear?

Wash at a lower temperature than the label allows if the garment is not heavily soiled; close the zips and wash the garment inside out; do not use bleach-containing detergents for dark clothing. The meaning of the symbols is explained on the [Textile care labels](https://www.utg-vodnik.si/en/textile-care-symbols) page.
