## Description

The Petzl Spatha is a lightweight, compact folding knife designed for climbers and work at height. It has a partially serrated stainless steel blade that cuts ropes and webbing efficiently. It opens with one hand (even with gloves on), has a blade safety lock and a large ring for attaching to a carabiner. An excellent part of your personal protective equipment.

## PETZL SPATHA KNIFE

**Features:**

**Designed to be carried on rigid gear**: the large ring can be attached to a strap in two ways – directly to a carabiner or with the help of a Petzl CARITOOL holder.

**Combined-edge blade**: a partly straight, partly serrated stainless steel blade (Sandvik 12C27) that cuts rope and webbing while staying easy to keep sharp.

**Opens even with gloves on**: two ways of opening – with the notch on the blade or with the hand-operated textured ring, designed especially for use with protective gloves.

**Blade lock**: once open, the blade locks safely in position, preventing accidental closing during use

**Extremely light and compact**, ideal for climbers' gear – longer blade, lower weight compared with the competition

**Excellent cutting performance** – the combined edge cuts rope and webbing effectively, while the Sandvik steel keeps its sharpness.

**Practical opening with gloves**, where the ring makes it easy to use even in winter conditions.
