## Description

The Nanospace multi-purpose protective scarf has a nano-fibre filter sewn into the mouth and nose area, which protects against dust, smog, pollen, viruses and other aggressive substances and airborne allergens. The scarf is suitable for allergy sufferers and is washable. Available in several colours in children's and adult sizes.

## NANOSPACE MULTIPURPOSE PROTECTIVE SCARF

**Dust, smog, pollen, viruses, infections and other aggressive substances and allergens carried in the air will not reach you when you use the nanoSPACE multipurpose scarf. It is therefore suitable for allergy and asthma sufferers and for anyone with a weakened immune system who needs better protection. Not suitable for children under 2.5 years of age - if necessary, the child must be under the constant supervision of a responsible adult.**

**What are nanofibres and why are they used in antiviral scarves?**
A nanofibre is 1000 times thinner than a human hair and is invisible to the naked eye. The Czech Republic is home to nanofibre experts. In Liberec, the world's first device for the industrial production of nanofibres, called Nanospider, was developed in 2004. Nanofibres can be made from a variety of organic and inorganic materials, which are used to produce various filters, and they are also used in cosmetics and healthcare.

**Versatile, even outside an epidemic**
Although most people wear an antiviral scarf during epidemics or the pollen season, it is also suitable as protection against smog. Polluted air is extremely harmful. It is known that smog causes the deaths of up to 5.5 million people a year. Polluted air brings headaches and irritation of the skin and eyes, but long-term inhalation of fumes can also cause liver failure, asthma or cancer.

That is why we recommend using the scarf:

- In areas affected by smog (large cities) - especially when exercising

- During the pollen season, if you have allergies or asthma

- When travelling, especially to polluted Asian countries and cities (e.g. Bangkok)

- For sport - running, skiing and other sports where the airways are fully open and absorb more substances from the air

- In vehicles, where there is a high risk of transmission of infections and viruses

- In other situations where you need to protect yourself from external influences (fishing, shooting range, climbing, motorcycling, etc.)

**Instructions for use**
Before putting on the antiviral scarf, and also after taking it off, always wash your hands thoroughly or use an antibacterial gel.

1) Wash your hands with soap and water or use a disinfectant

2) Gather the scarf together so that you can hold the whole of it in your hands

3) Carefully pull it over your head

4) Press the nose clip against the bridge of your nose. Never bend the clip all the way, as it is made of aluminium and you could break it.

5) Tighten the scarf with the rear elastic cord so that it fits snugly.

**How to remove the antiviral scarf correctly**
1) Release the nose clip and the elastic cord, then carefully take off the scarf

2) Wash your hands with soap and water or use a disinfectant

3) Wash or sterilise the scarf
