Delivery and payment costs are not counted. - 02 ### Collect with reviews You get another 50 points for reviewing a purchased product. - 03 ### Redeem as a discount From 500 points. In the cart you choose how many points to spend — up to 30% of the order. Value of points ## How much is your loyalty worth 1 point = €0.01 discount. Points are valid for 24 months. ## How you earn points The programme runs automatically — the only condition is that you are logged in to your account when you buy. - **By buying:** 1 point for every €1 of products. The basis is the amount incl. VAT after all discounts; delivery and payment fees do not count. - **By reviewing:** 50 points for rating a product you purchased. ## How you redeem points - **Value:** 1 point = €0.01 discount (100 points = €1). - **Threshold:** you can start redeeming at 500 points (€5), then in any amount. - **Maximum share:** you can pay up to 30% of an order with points. - **Where:** you select the points in the cart before completing your purchase — the discount is deducted immediately. ## Where to see your balance In [My account](https://www.utg-vodnik.si/moj-racun?lang=en) → Loyalty points. The balance is split into two parts: - **Pending:** points from recent purchases that are still awaiting confirmation. - **Available:** confirmed points that you can use right away. Points from a purchase are confirmed once the order has been shipped and paid, and no later than after 15 days. A cancelled or returned order has its points removed. ## Frequently asked questions about points Once you have at least 500 points in your account (that is a €5 discount). Above this threshold you can redeem any number of points — there is no need to wait for round amounts. With points you can pay up to 30% of the value of the products in the order.
