If a product can be ordered despite being currently unavailable, you can also order it when it is not in stock in our warehouse. In that case the delivery time is usually longer. We will inform you of the expected delivery time by email if needed. If the option to order is not available on the website, you can write to us at [prodaja@utg-vodnik.si](mailto:prodaja@utg-vodnik.si) and we will check whether we can additionally order the product, size or colour you want. ### How do I choose the right size of workwear? When choosing a size, we recommend checking the size chart or the additional information given for each product, as sizes can differ between manufacturers. ### When will my order be dispatched? We normally dispatch orders within 1–3 working days if all the ordered products are in stock. For orders paid by bank transfer, we dispatch the order within 1–3 working days of receiving payment. For products that are currently out of stock, the delivery time may be longer. In that case we will inform you of the expected delivery time. ### Which payment methods do you accept? The payment methods available are those shown at checkout in the online shop. For business customers, payment by bank transfer (proforma invoice) may also be available by arrangement. ### How can I make a complaint? If you believe a product is defective or does not match your order or the expected characteristics, please let us know as soon as possible. You can make a complaint by filling in the form for returns, exchanges and complaints and sending it to us at [prodaja@utg-vodnik.si](mailto:prodaja@utg-vodnik.si). In your message, state your order or invoice number, describe the problem and, if possible, attach photos of the product in which the defect is clearly visible. After receiving your complaint, we will review the circumstances and inform you of the next steps. Depending on the type and validity of the complaint, we will work together to find a suitable solution in accordance with applicable law. ### How can I return a product? Then send the goods to UTG Vodnik d.o.o., Tolstojeva ulica 12, 1230 Domžale, Slovenia, or return them in person by arrangement.
